造型機在使用一段時間后，壓頭可有能出現擺動動作遲鈍、緩慢、應按下列方法進行造型機保養。
After the molding machine has been used for a period of time, the head can swing slowly and slowly, and the molding machine shall be maintained according to the following methods.
1、造型機故障檢測時，檢查造型機壓頭前后板間隙，是否有什么鐵碴等異物阻礙，可清除后試車。
1. In the process of molding machine fault detection, check the gap between the front and rear plates of the molding machine indenter, and check whether there is any obstruction of foreign matters such as iron ballast, which can be removed before commissioning.
2、打開壓頭上后面兩根進氣管，操縱閥分別扳在原位與擺入，看看管口進氣是否夠大，如果進氣量小也會造成壓頭擺動緩慢，造型機故障檢測時，若是此原因可一直檢查到操縱閥，直致空氣濾清氣，是否堵塞。
2. Open the two air intake pipes at the back of the head, turn the control valve to the original position and swing in respectively, and check whether the air intake at the pipe mouth is large enough. If the air intake is small, it will cause the head to swing slowly. During the fault detection of the molding machine, if this reason is found, check the control valve until the air is filtered and blocked.
3、造型機壓頭上面有蓋板，打開觀察齒條是否銹蝕嚴重，如果發生此造型機故障，同樣會造成壓頭動作遲鈍，可用煤油或汽油清洗即可。
3. There is a cover plate on the pressure head of the molding machine. Open it and observe whether the rack is seriously rusted. If this molding machine fails, the pressure head will also be sluggish. It can be cleaned with kerosene or gasoline.
4、造型機故障檢測時，若上述情況都沒發生，就州苗木  保定電動門 保定空壓機 化糞池模具 微型蠕動泵 保定強夯 收費島模具應打開壓頭兩側法蘭盤，檢查齒條兩側Y型密封圈是否老化、變形，如是，也可造成壓頭緩慢。
4. In the process of molding machine fault detection, if none of the above occurs, the flange plates on both sides of the indenter shall be opened to check whether the y-rings on both sides of the rack are aged and deformed. If so, the indenter may be slow.
5、最后一招，打開位于造型機壓頭后上端法蘭盤，檢查齒輪軸承的黃油是否變質，如果是這樣，可用煤油或汽油沖洗，同時搬動壓頭，會感覺越來越松。
5. Finally, open the flange at the upper end behind the pressure head of the molding machine, and check whether the grease of the gear bearing is deteriorated. If so, wash it with kerosene or gasoline, and move the pressure head at the same time, it will feel more and more loose.
